Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and preparation for shipment. During periods of high demand, processing times may take longer.

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped.

Shipping Time Estimates

Shipping times vary depending on destination, logistics providers, and supplier processing.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Canada: 7–18 business days

  • Central America: 10–25 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated (e.g., free shipping promotions).

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 3–7 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.

Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages due to different supplier locations.

You may receive multiple tracking numbers.

Shipping Delays

Shipping may be delayed due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge that delivery timeframes are estimates.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to modify the shipment.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

Requests submitted after this period may not be reviewed.
